Deine Herausforderungen
  • You build up, run and continuously improve the Spryker product experience for our customers and partners
  • You manage the client and stakeholder interaction and  are responsible for ticket management, troubleshooting, reporting and the incident flow between the support, core-product, documentation and other departments
  • You define and ensure world class SLA combined with a strong, client focused communication culture to deliver fast, useful and valuable feedbacks, constant communication flows, bug fixes, enhancements and services to our customers and partners
  • You manage multiple priorities simultaneously for different customers and partners
Dein Profil
  • You bring 2+ years of experience in Support, Service, Operations and/or Maintenance Teams
  • You know different B2B (commerce) enterprise software vendor SLA and have already worked on a vendor side
  • You know industry specific tools, process and business models
  • Working experience with tools like JIRA, GIT, ticketing systems such as Redmine, Basecamp, YouTrac), SLA management task boards, SLACK and Kibana
  • Experiences in managing developers and clients and a deep understanding of business impact and billing
  • Strong reporting skills
  • You are highly emphatic and communicative with a strong personality, are very friendly, analytical, process driven and used to multitasking
  • Language skills: English fluent and very good German skills in writing, reading and conversation
